In the 1984-1999 time frame, two distinct families of magnetographic printers had been produced at Belfort by Bull and his fully owned subsidiary Nipson :

  • Computer output printers : machines designed for data processing centers
    • MP6090 : 240 dpi, 90 ppm continuous, fanfold, sprocket holes paper
    • MP6090.2 : enhanced version of M6090
    • MP6060 : reduced speed version 60 ppm
    • MP6050 : reduced width version (limited number produced)
    • MP5050 : 50 ppm double sided (cut page printer)
    • MP6110 : 110 ppm version of MP6090
    • Series 6100 : 3 models 70, 90, 110 ppm
    • N7000 : 200, 300, 400 ppm continuous paper band
    • HD versions : 480 dpi versions of N7xxx
    • SED : single engine duplex printing on half-width paper band
    • TED : twin engine duplex printing on full-width paper band (2 N7000 in tandem)
  • Digital print tower VaryPress: machines designed for high duty production printing, integrable in line with conventional presses, page-to-page personalization of data at press speed, tensioned paper web
    • VP M420 : 92 then 105 m/min, 14″ printable on 14,8″  wide paper web, 420 ppm
    • VP M450 : accepts paper width up to 20,5″, 450 ppm
    • VP M700 : 18″ printable on 20,5″ wide paper web, 700 ppm
    • VP M800 : 120 m/min, 800 ppm
    • TED :  2 VP M700 or M800 in tandem : double-sided 1400 ou 1600 ppm

From year 2000 on, the R&D effort on magnetography has been continued at Belfort by Xeikon until 2002, then by the new Nipson company: versions 600 dpiDigiFlex
